1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the nod88 platform and all services associated with it. The key terms used in this document are defined below:

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device or IP address. Creating multiple accounts will be treated as fraudulent activity and all associated accounts may be permanently closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details and payment information — must be completely accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Users from certain countries or regions may not be able to access specific services on the platform. Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or similar technology to bypass these restrictions is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Keeping your account secure is entirely your own responsibility. nod88 strongly encourages all members to follow the guidelines below:

• Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.
• Placing bets on behalf of or in the name of another person is strictly prohibited.

The member is solely responsible for all activity that takes place in their account, unless a technical fault on the platform's part is proven.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the combined amount of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 25 times.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds may only be used on games designated by the platform.
• If wagering is not completed within the set time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will be treated as fraudulent.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus funds being cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Weekly cashback benefits are available through nod88's five VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier depends on a member's activity and participation on the platform. VIP benefits are subject to change under specific conditions.

5.4 Right to Modify Promotions

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, nod88 reserves the right to cancel it. In sports betting, event results will be determined in accordance with the official announcement of the relevant sports authority.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Live casino games are operated in real time by a dealer and their own specific rules apply.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or event and are displayed on the relevant game page. nod88 reserves the right to adjust betting limits for any member.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nod88 platform:

• Money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonus benefits ("bonus abuse").
• Hacking, manipulation or unauthorised access to the platform's software or game systems.
• Using bots or automated software to influence game outcomes.
• Coordinating betting strategies with other members ("collusion").
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards platform staff.
• Logging in or conducting transactions using another person's account credentials.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Platform Rights

nod88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.

8.2 Member Rights

Any member may close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. It is possible to withdraw a verified balance before the account is closed, provided no restrictions or investigations are ongoing.
